Always mitigate risk for all members. All our projects are financed with the property as guarantee, and only if cash-flow pre-sales is ensured. We also consider our conservative approach part of our insurance: overbudget costs, undervalue final sale price.

We don’t just build or rebuild for decades, we make structures for future generations too. We prefer to wait for projects that allow us to deliver high longlasting estate.

    How We Work

    We send emails project by project with an analysis of factors of risk & success.

    - Our business plans are designed as cost exaggerated, and final sale price depreciated.
    - Each partner expresses how much equity he wants to take, and then appropriate investment vehicle is chosen.
    We prefer to bundle smaller projects than use the same amount of capital for 1 project. Diversify by location and type of property.

    We are limited by our capacity to manage new projects responsibly – so we prefer quality over quantity.
